Emergency Services Charity Golf Tournament


The 13th annual Emergency Services Charity Golf Tournament will be held at the Strathmore Golf Club, and is hosted by the Strathmore Fire Department, Strathmore RCMP, Wheatland and Districts Emergency Medical Services Association (WADEMSA), Strathmore Municipal Enforcement, Strathmore Regional Victim Services, Wheatland County Fire Services and Wheatland County Protective Services.

Friday, June 14, 2019 – Texas Scramble – 9 am Shotgun Start


Proceeds from this year’s event will go to Strathmore Regional Victim Services Society (SRVSS) and a second regional charity to be determined at a later date.  The funds raised support members of our community who are victims of crime and tragedy.  SRVSS is a registered charity organization that serves the Chestermere, Strathmore and Gleichen RCMP detachment areas. 


Tournament success is due to the tremendous support received from community businesses and organizations.  We encourage you to take the time out of your busy schedules to participate and enjoy a fun-filled relaxing day.


There are many ways that you can support this charity event.









We thank all our sponsors and supporters in the following ways.

  • All sponsors are thanked by name in media advertising in a thank you after the tournament.

  • All sponsors company names or logos are published in a booklet given to all tournament participants.

  • All sponsors are listed for the year on the Strathmore Regional Victim Services website.

  • Corporate sponsors receive more prominent placement in the booklet and any advertising prints.

  • Hole sponsors have their company name and logo displayed on the tee box of the sponsored hole.

  • Hole-in-one sponsors have their name, logo, and prize information displayed on the sponsored hole.

  • Silent Auction donors have their name and company logo displayed with their donated item.

  • Cash donations and sponsorships are also eligible for a Charitable contribution tax receipt.


Player registration includes: 18-holes of golf; steak dinner; cart rental; team and hole prizes; hole-in-one contests; and silent auction.
